RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us immediately at info@captivateshoes.co.nz, so we can make it right. We happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase to exchange for an item of the same value or a credit note. (Excludes hosiery)

To be eligible for a return, all items must still be in new condition and returned in their original packaging, via courier or tracked post.  Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping, and shipping for the replacement item.

Upon acceptance of your return, you will be contacted regarding shipping fees. Once we have received payment for shipping your exchange item will then be mailed to you by tracked post.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us  immediately with a description of the damage (a photo is helpful!) and we will replace your item at no additional cost to you. Please save all packing materials and your damaged item for return.
